Series 3
Manufactured by Snom this is a robust feature rich set of handsets, highly configurable and with 4 handsets in the range there should be a model to suit all your needs. The snom phones are highly advanced and advocates of keeping to the standards. This range of phones have features all of which can be customized extensively with the web based panel.

Series 5
Manufactured by Aastra and of exceptional build quality, these handsets look and feel just like your legacy handsets but with very clear concise screens you will find users can easily operate these handsets with little retraining. The Aastra handsets are XML rich and can be programmed to read virtually any using XML and display it on the screen. Incredibly intuitive these phones have an appealing look about them too and the higher models having blue backlit displays.

Wireless Series
Whilst there are many WiFi based phones in existance the distance they will go and the quality of the calls is not really that good hence we have selected a hybrid solution which uses the legacy DECT communication to the handset to give users the same range and quality that is currently experienced but with a SIP base station to make these next generation handsets the best of both worlds.

Overview - SIP
SIP (or Session Initiation Protocol) is the standard used for setting up calls (or commumication channels) between different devices / users. SIP is not VoIP it is the mechanism to tell a device that someone wishes to communicate with you beit via voice, video, instant message or whatever. This protocol has been selected for use by the likes of BT for use across their next generation telephone network and therefore ALL our handsets are SIP compliant to ensure you are compatible with the next generation networks.

GSM Gateways
Manufactured by PORTech these devices allow you to make and receive calls over the GSM from the comfort of your Media Manager. The GSM gateways convert your mobile lines with the use of a SIM card in to SIP trunks for your Media Manager to connect to.

Analogue Adapters
Manufactured by Linksys these devices allow you to interface between the old and the new so you can use old phones on your VoIP enabled network by converting them to SIP devices and also allowing you to convert traditional PSTN lines in to SIP trunks for your Media Manager to make and receive calls on.

PoE Switches
PoE switches are ideal when deploying out handsets, with PoE switches you'll never have to worry about running out of power plugs for your hansets as they will be able to draw power from your own network which can help when trying to phase in new handsets while keeping an older system in place.

Paging Systems
Paging systems allow you contact many people in your building just one call to your paging device. Your SIP-enabled paging devices log in as extentions and you can then call them to tell the listeners anything they need to know, you can either use our Power over Ethernet speaker and plug it in where ever there is a PoE enabled network port or use the amplifier to connect it to your existing paging system.
